![]() ![]() The Introduction to Business Accounting course will discuss how to prepare final accounts, double entry bookkeeping, balancing accounts, maintaining the cash books, bank reconciliation, keeping track of the petty cash book and facilitating methods of payment. ![]() It is the perfect course for individuals working in accounting to advance their career and highlight their skills amongst peers and the management. ![]() Learners will gain insight into maintaining accurate accounting records. The Introduction to Business Accounting course provides this basic knowledge on the fundaments of business transactions. students are not required to take IT 3133, Technology and Operations Management.To start your own business or have a career in accounting, learners need to gain skills and knowledge in business accounting principles. Students majoring in economics with arts and sciences second fields and students majoring in business administration may take business courses to fulfill their elective requirement. Principles of Management and Organization The basic general education curriculum is a requirement for all undergraduate degrees at Oklahoma City University.Īll students completing majors in the Meinders School of Business BBA degree must complete the following required courses referred to as the Business Core.īusiness Core: 59 credit hours Course Numberīusiness Communication and Technical Writing General education courses require 43 credit hours.
